WeAssist

Outsourced Professional

Hire one full-time professional, recruited, vetted and trained for your business

An Outsourced Professional works for you and no one else. Not a virtual assistant working a task list, not a freelancer between projects, and not a rotating bench. We find the person, train them into the role, and stay involved once they start. If you already know the role, say so on the call. If you do not, that is what the call is for.

  • Fewer than 2% of applicants are accepted
  • 3-4 weeks from first call to final match
  • Overlap hours set to your working day, not ours
  • Onboarding is run for you, not handed to you
  • 30-day rematch guarantee

Meet the founder

Reef Colman, founder and CEO, on why WeAssist exists.

Why the week keeps filling with work you cannot charge for

  • You are still doing the work only you can price

The person who should be winning the work is the one booking it, invoicing it and chasing the paperwork after it, because there is nobody else to hand it to.

  • Hiring locally costs more than the role returns

A full-time hire at local rates has to earn back a salary, a desk and the months it takes to become useful, so the role never gets filled and the work stays on you.

  • A task-list VA never learns the business

Handing over isolated tasks means re-explaining the context every time. The work that actually drains the week is the work that needs judgement, and judgement needs someone who stays.

  • The last one left and took the process with them

Nothing was written down, so the replacement started from nothing and you ran the onboarding twice.

What stops being yours

  • Inbox triage and drafted replies
  • Calendar management and meeting booking across time zones
  • CRM updates, pipeline hygiene and reporting
  • Bookkeeping support, invoicing and expense reconciliation
  • Customer support and ticket handling
  • Research, data entry and list building
  • Social media scheduling and content support
  • Recruitment coordination and candidate screening
  • Project and task tracking in your own tools
  • Vendor and supplier follow-up
  • Reporting packs before your weekly review
  • SOP writing so the process survives the person

Ready to stop being your own assistant?

Three to four weeks from first call to final match

  1. 01

    Discovery call

We learn the business and which parts of your week you want back. If the role is not decided yet, this is where it gets decided.

  2. 02

    Client success analysis

We turn that conversation into the profile the role actually needs: the tools, the hours and the judgement calls it will own.

  3. 03

    Talent sourcing and screening

We recruit and vet against that profile, including written English and live judgement on the kind of work the role will really do.

  4. 04

    Client and talent interview

You meet the shortlist and you choose. You are hiring one person, not accepting an allocation.

  5. 05

    Final match and onboarding

Your Outsourced Professional starts with access granted, responsibilities defined and 30-day milestones agreed.

Onboarding is run for you, and the training does not stop

Onboarding we run for you

  • Expectations and communication rhythm agreed before day one
  • Tool and workflow access scoped to the role
  • 30-day performance milestones written down and shared
  • Confidentiality signed before any system is touched

Training that does not stop at week one

  • Weekly live AI training in automation, prompt engineering and workflow optimisation
  • Scheduled check-ins after onboarding ends
  • SOPs written as the role runs, so the process stays with you

30-day rematch guarantee

If the match is not working, we find a better fit at no additional cost.

Questions people ask before the call

I do not know which role I need yet. Is that a problem?
No, that is what the discovery call is for. Most people arrive describing a week rather than a job title. We work out which role takes the most off that week, and if it turns out you need something we do not place, we will say so on the call.
I hired a VA before and ended up managing them. Why is this different?
Because we run the first 30 days, not you. Onboarding covers expectations, communication rhythm, tool and workflow setup and 30-day performance milestones, and there are scheduled check-ins after that. You are hiring a full-time person for your business, not receiving a freelancer and a login.
Will they work my hours?
Yes. Overlap hours are agreed in the discovery call and set to your working day. This is a full-time hire dedicated to you, so the schedule is built around your business rather than a shared bench.
Can they be trusted inside my systems?
Access is scoped to the systems the role needs, confidentiality is signed before day one, and what they handle, draft and escalate is defined during onboarding before they touch anything live.
How long until they are useful?
Three to four weeks from the first call to the final match, then onboarding sets 30-day milestones. The repetitive, easily explained work usually moves across first, because it is the easiest to hand over and often the biggest drain on your week.
What if the match is not working?
Our 30-day rematch guarantee: if the match is not working, we find a better fit at no additional cost. Under 2% turnover and 98% client retention across more than 500 placements is the reason we can offer it, with an average tenure over 2.5 years.
